Quality Inspection of Plastic Mold Installation
A complete inspection of the plastic mold is carried out to ensure the continuity of the mold structure and the standard of parts. The project manager and quality inspection personnel inspect the plastic mold according to the company's standards to ensure the quality of the products. Any issues found can be corrected immediately, effectively preventing errors. Additionally, we continuously test the cooling system, hydraulic oil duct system, and hot runner system of the plastic mold.
Checking Before Mould Delivery
●After confirming the customer's sample, our manager will inform the team leader to check the mold, including the 3D mold design, the customer's requirements, and any mold trial issues.
●Our inspector will check the mold based on the files mentioned above.
●If the customer requires water channel and oil channel drawings, we will print them for you. We can also provide mold water transport pictures.
●After all detailed checks are completed with no issues found, we will inform the team leader to pack the mold.
