Mould Design Control
Kelong can provide product analysis and Moldflow reports and will provide feedback to customers on any issues arising from the product drawing, such as thin thickness areas, shrinkage marks, welting marks, air vents, undercuts, gate location, gate type, etc. After the design is completed, we'll check the mould strength, part line, cooling system, interference areas, thin thickness areas, etc., to ensure that the drawing provided by Kelong is in excellent condition for a longer mould life and better work efficiency for customers.
Mould Material Control
Steel suppliers are required to provide a steel quality guarantee certificate and steel certification. Kelong will perform a steel inspection before acceptance.
Mould Processing Quality Control
We control key procedure quality and manage the project progress according to mould processing documents. We provide weekly progress and quality reports to customers.
The mould technician is required to check the mould appearance, cooling system, mould assembly, and process procedures carefully according to Kelong's standards and the customer's standards.
Mould Spare Parts Purchasing and Control
We'll focus on ensuring qualified spare parts meet customer requirements regarding standard parts models, quality, and required purchase timelines.
Mould Assembly Control
Physical processing will be undertaken according to the established procedure documents and inspected accordingly. Strict checks will be made on the matching of the core, cavity, inserts, guide pillars, return pins, angle lifters, sliders, ejector pins, cooling system, connectors, etc.
Mould Check Before Shipment
We will prepare the necessary documents before shipment, such as the spare parts list, mould testing video, processing files, and 2D/3D drawings. We will ensure that the mould is packed and shipped according to the customer's requirements, with safety protection for both sea and air shipment.
