Gate Design:
Considering the predominantly round or square shapes of plastic flower pots, our flower pot molds are designed with a single-point hot runner gate at the bottom. This strategic placement ensures uniform flow during the injection molding process, preventing inconsistencies and maintaining a cost-effective solution.

Cooling System:
Efficient cooling is crucial for achieving superior molding quality and minimizing production time. Our flower pot molds are equipped with well-organized cooling systems to ensure even cooling and expedite the ejection process. By carefully controlling the temperature, we reduce product deformation and maintain precise dimensions within reasonable tolerances. The cooling system's 6-8mm hole diameter, extensive quantity, and close alignment significantly reduce cooling time, improving overall production efficiency and reducing costs.

Ejection Design:
For flower pots without bottom holes, air ejection is used during the ejection phase. For pots with bottom holes, we employ either a stripper plate or a top bar ejection mechanism. The top bar is meticulously balanced to prevent product deformation, breakage, or unsightly marks. Its placement is carefully designed to ensure it does not compromise the product's appearance or functionality. By utilizing standardized top bars that can be easily replaced if damaged, our injection molding process remains uninterrupted.
