3.Wall thickness is also a key factor in mold design, especially for complex structures like the baby table. It is essential to plan the wall thickness of different parts carefully. Of course, the material used for injection molding is also critical, as different materials have varying flow properties.

4.When producing large and complex plastic components like the baby table, the design of the ventilation system is especially important. Generally, the position of the vent holes is set in inconspicuous areas to avoid affecting the appearance of the finished product.
